都市
理念是建立起公共公園，高鐵車站周邊的公園，以及生醫園區中央公園之間的連結與轉承。街道植物園的功用是用來連接公園以及社區間的活動。多樣的植物將被選用來配合街道路面上的高低起伏，並擴增人性化的尺度。主要道路的中心點以及交叉點將被強化而結合兩邊道路上的活動與空間。街道家具的擺設與景觀強調街景的藝術表現, 並提供舒適的步行環境。景觀的基本元素是充當車輛與行人間的緩衝區。而梯形的植物園是設計來輔助生醫中央公園延伸到本基地。這個梯形平台植物園會延伸到建築大樓，並且延伸到大樓中的空中花園。這個綠色空間的延伸也是訪客以及使用者的路標。另外，植物園會成為群眾聚會以及放鬆的最佳舒適環境。準建築人手札愛你唷
Sustainable Garden Community: Green CDC
Overall Objective
- Create a vibrant and active street environment.
- Create a strong sense of place, feeling of arrival and central destination within street spaces
- Create a pedestrian friendly environment with interactive and social activities.
- Giving each open space a character, definition and function.
- Develop a live-work and play community.
- Develop mixed-use setting with high level of interaction and multi-tasking.
- Select adequate landscape materials to meet sustainable requirement for this geographical area.
Urban
The idea is establishing both linkage and transition between Public Park, High Speed Train Station Park and Bio-Tech Central Park. Street Arboretum is utilized to link between parks and extend activities to the community. Various planting materials will be selected to establish hierarchy in streetscape and provide human scale. Major street nodes and crossings are reinforced to link activities and spaces along both sides of the street. Street furniture and landscape are selected to craft streetscape, and provide comfort walking environment. Landscape elements are utilized to provide buffer zone between vehicular and pedestrian. A terrace garden is designed to extend the Bio-Tech Central Park into the Project Site. The garden space is extended into the building and serve as sky garden inside the building. Ken Kornberg was raised in a family of academic research scientists and schooled in both architecture and engineering. Because of these unique qualifications Ken was selected to design an interior lab renovation for Stanford University's Department of Genetics. The success of that initial lab project n 1979 became the foundation of Kornberg Associates and helped to define our design specialty.

Johnny C.I. Lo started his career in construction consultant firms and architecture firms in 1993. Being through architectural designer, department head and manager of the firms, Mr. Lo passed national architects' examination in 1997 as an architect, and continue his career especially major on the field of biotechnical facilities, laboratory design and construction.
