建築工程徵求英文好、有建築背景的PM
負責中國醫藥大學美術館工程，PM主要擔任外國設計師跟台灣這邊的溝通角色，該專案預計維持二到三年的時間，如果相處很好，未來他們就會繼續發包其他國家的案子或者是國內的案子給這個人選。

專案經理工作內容
• Compliance of design in accordance with project requirements and Group regulations 設計符合專案要求與集團規定• Timely approval of drawings and associated documents and samples 及時核准圖說及相關文件與樣本
• Successful execution and completion of visual mock-up (s), test mock-up (s), material testing 執行和完成視覺模型、測試模型、材料測試
• Ensure the Design team follows and conforms to the design process 確保設計團隊遵循並符合設計流程
• Establish a good working relationship with the Architect and design related Consultants 與建築師和設計相關顧問建立良好工作關係
• Organize and schedule design review meetings 安排設計審查會議
• Responsible for the project design budget 掌控設計預算
• Practical experience in curtain wall design, purchasing, fabrication and assembly process 具備帷幕牆設計、採購、生產和組裝經驗
• Minimum 7 to 10 years’ Experience in curtain wall, glass wall, façade design and 3D software 7 至 10 年之帷幕牆、玻璃帷幕、外牆設計和 3D 軟體經驗
