We firmly attach our marching steps to the ground of visual creativity, head for the neo-identity, monumentality, and symbol of civic architecture, and dig into the further cultural and commercial values behind the icons, as well as the autologous spacial logic and adapting possibilities. In the process, we play the role of active planner and implementor of the client's social strategy and public image, as well as the civic architecture's critical introspectionist and optimistic fashioner.
水晶石建築設計中心同時是水晶石數字科技的文化傳播媒介和現實平台。我們積極參與城市建築文化的傳播工作，與教育、市場、藝術、音樂、電影、網絡、報刊、雜誌等進行泛媒介的合作，探討全球化圖像社會中的城市、建築和人文生存/生活環境，以及數字科技所帶來的新感知的可能性。
Crystal Architecture Design is also the communication media and platform of creative culture in Crystal Digital Technology Co. Ltd. We are actively involved in the civic architecture's cultural promotions, widely collaborating with education, marketing, art, music, film, network, newspaper, and magazine fields, probing into the urban, architectural, and cultural images / environments under the globalized pictorial society, as well as the neo-perception brought about by the digital technologies.

Senior Architect:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (or equivalent) above in Architecture. Minimum 4 years of working experience. familiar with the current domestic regulations of planning and specifications of architecture design. Capable of work independently.
本科或同等學歷以上，至少8年以上的實際工作經驗，熟悉國內現行各類規劃和建築設計規範，有獨立的完成工作能力。
2.Architects with extensive project experience on large-scale projects from design through construction. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction documents.
具有大型建築設計任務經驗直至施工經驗。有較強的細化設計和施工圖設計能力
3.Candidates should have experience that demonstrates the ability to work well in teams and coordinate and collaborate with an extensive team of local and international consultants .
能夠在各種規模的團隊工作中與成員密切合作並充分起到表率作用
4.Demonstrates strong conceptual design sensibilities, superior problem definition and solving skills, ability to mentor junior designers and technical staff.
具有較高的概念設計敏銳度，較好地問題解決能力，並能夠輔導初級設計人員和技術人員。
5.Enthusiasm and commitment to a high level of design in a high energy work environment.
具有工作熱情，能在壓力下保持高質量設計
6.Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketch up, Rhino In design, office and etc；
Good skills in making hand drawings.
熟練掌握CAD、Photoshop、sketch up、Rhino In design、office等必要工作軟件，且具有相當的徒手草圖能力。
7.Fluency in English.
